Locksley is right now a constant rig-a-ma-roll of recording, rehearsal and shows (mostly recording). Last night however, was a night off. It was going to be a simple night; A night of couch sitting, food eating and tv watching. But then came along a man named Jim. Jim had Brewers tickets! Brewers tickets he wanted to share with us! So Brewers vs. Rockies at Miller park it was and as you can see the seats were spectacular. Both Braun and Fielder had some clutch hits giving the crowd some good cause to cheer. However Bush's 5 semi-rough innings left the Crew in trouble. Enough rambling about the game. We'll leave it at Brewers lost 4-2 to the Rockies. Boooooooooooooo.
In other news, Jim (my favorite person... mentioned earlier) post-game took us to see his ride.
Nuff said.
Tom Hanks On The Tonight Show!!!!

This week marked the beginning of Conan O'Brien's Tonight Show career and Tuesday night, as his second official guest, Conan had Tom Hanks sit in the comfy chair next to his brand new desk. The topics of italian police, a Turner and Hooch musical and Ron Howard's directing style were among things debated by the two comedic wordsmiths. However the point of this post my dear readers was not Conan's hair nor Tom's incredible improv skills, it's to point out that Tom Hanks plugged his myspace page on the show. Upon hearing of how Tom Hanks has a myspace page and updates it himself one has no choice but to fulfill the curiosity that creeps up when one of the top 10 coolest people on the planet says they can show you a glimpse into their lives. Seeing the page is great. There's video, book recommendations, random thoughts and this.......
Yeah... That just happened. We have nothing to say except... Mr. Hanks, name the time and place. We are at your whim.

After months of trial and travail, under temperatures that dwarf the sun itself and pressures that rival the depths of the Pacific Ocean, our creation is nearly complete.

Not only a rallying call, nor a demand for this new generation but also the name of the next LOCKSLEY album.

It has a name and a voice, now all it needs is a face: A face that YOU will provide. We're looking for artwork for the new album and we know that you have what it takes to get the job done.
We need your submissions, and we only ask that they contain the words "Be In Love". No need to add "Locksley".
All submissions will be posted in our publicly accessible "Be In Love" gallery.

Packing seats with screaming people, Locksley (/Friday the 13th) was able to pull in $46.3M and the #1 opening weekend slot. No small feat for a little band from Wisconsin. Along with the public's enthusiasm critics haven't been shy to praise. "In addition to being awesome, it all just feels kind of celebratory, even reverent, like a tribute..." -Cammila Albertson, TV Guide's Movie Guide. When locksley was asked about their success Sam responded "I'm glad they [Friday the 13th] could be a part of this. I'm a big fan of Jared Padalecki from his work on Supernatural and I look forward to working along side him again."
